Workout of the Day A. 1RM front squat B. 3x 10 lateral lunges per leg with kb, super set with 25 russian swings C. every 3mins for 4 rounds: block run max wallballs Extra credit: 100 banded leg curls and 4mins each side on the couch stretch. With each Monday and Friday you are working up to your maximum effort for the day.  We are not looking for a lifetime best.  Focus your efforts and attention on the accessory work and the WOD. There are no more Christmas tickets for sale.  If you failed to collect one please speak with Laura ASAP.  You can email her at events@crossfitglasgow.com. There are no more tee shirt orders being taken.  The next tee shirts we will start collecting payment for are the CrossFit Kids Glasgow design. Tuesday - 19.15 there is weightlifting in place of the WOD.  This class is led by Colette Will and costs just £3 to attend.  You do not need to be a member of CFG to attend and benefit from these classes. Thursday - 19.15 there is weightlifting and the WOD going on at the same time. Saturday 11.15 - CrossFit Kids and Girls WOD will be running.  Please have your open gym workouts completed before this time. FFD Throwdown

UPDATE - the FFD Throwdown hopes to begin at 09:30 tomorrow morning.  Registration is at 9.  We anticipate a few delays as their itinerary seems tight but the hope is to have the final done and dusted by 16:30.  It's sure to be a great event so if you're free then come along, immerse yourself in the CrossFit community and cheer on CFG.   If you need a lift, post on the FaceBook group.  CFG is competing in Heats 3 and 6 so you won't have to hang around long before you see some more familiar faces giving their all!  Please click here for details and directions to FFD. Workout of the Day A. 12min emom 1 power clean - work up in weight.  People new to the movement perform 2-3 power/hang power cleans. B. Workout of the Day A. 1RM deadlift off 4" blocks (15kg plates) B. 3x 8-15 front squat 2x 32/24 kb C. 100 kb lunges 1x 32/24 - every time you break do 5 burpees. 12 min time cap. Tuesday - 19.15: there is no WOD on at this time.  A weightlifting class with Colette Will takes it's place.  This class is open to members and non-members and costs only £3 to each who attend.  Colette has over 7 years experience in weightlifting and can teach people of all standards on how to improve their speed and power. Thursday - 19.15: there is a WOD as well as the weightlifting. Saturday - CrossFit Kids 11:15.  Girls WOD 11.15.
