Tough WOD yesterday, well done to all to attended.  As most of you are aware, the gym will be open for limited hours on both Monday and Tuesday of next week.  The timings can be found on the right hand side. This means that next week there will be no Olympic Lifting. WOD  7 rounds for time 10 burpees 10 deadlifts 120/80kg

Well done to all who gave the Olympic Lifting a go yesterday, some great scores were achieved and some great screams of motivation and preparation (Red)... It's Snatch Wednesday!  Come in and get an idea where your Olympic Lifts are at.  Use this WOD to track progress or get a benchmark to start from, it is also a fantastic learning opportunity as we rarely focus on just the Olympic Lifts for the full hour. Congrats to Kim and many other members like her on reaching the 6month mark at CFG, you have been an inspiration to many and continue to improve at a staggering rate, keep up the good work! Olympic Lifting tonight at 8pm.  This class is open to people of all ability levels, non-members and anyone that is interested in developing their skill, speed and power. Wednesday night 7.15pm is Jonny's Mobility class : learn how to prevent injury, improve range of motion and improve performance across the board! Saturday is Girls WOD. Sunday Team WOD. This time next week the gym will be only open for a half day for both Monday (4th Jun) and Tuesday (5th Jun) during for the Jubilee.  That means WODs will run at 9, 10 and 11am and the gym will be open from about 8 to 12.30. The speciality classes at CrossFit Glasgow are open to members and non-members alike.  Classes vary in price but are all of the highest standard.  So whether you have a specific lift you want to work on, an ache or pain that needs attention or simply want to try something new then get in touch or write your name on the board so we know how many to expect!  The classes requiring payment do not count towards your weekly WOD allowance. Olympic lifting on at 8pm on Tuesday. £6pp Wednesday is Jonny's mobility WOD on at 19.15 £3/5pp Saturday 11am Girls Only WOD. Free Sunday 11am Team WOD. Well done to everyone who attended this week, it has been warm and the WODs have been tough.  Those of you who were in on Friday, you displayed some great technique in the clean, keep practising! WOD 4 rounds for time: 15 toes to bar 25 box jumps 24"/20" 35 wallballs 20lbs/14lbs (10 foot target for M&F) Rest 2  minutes The rest is included in the time and a full 2 minutes must be taken, so be as fast as possible during the work phase.

Some new stock arrived in CrossFit Glasgow, we have 6 shiny new Bella (15kg) bars, 10 new Dynamax balls, rings, yokes and bands!
