In teams of 3:

30 minute max distance row

1st athlete rows while 2nd athlete completes:

Length of gym with atlas stone lapped

8 Burpee box jumps

Length of gym with atlas stone lapped

2nd athlete then begins the row while athlete 3 begins stone carry and burpee box jumps and athlete 1 rests.

Rotate through the athletes accumulating as many metres as possible within the time cap.

Olympic Lifting with Colette will run as normal tomorrow night at 19.30 – this is a great chance to consolidate the snatch technique you have been practicing for the past 3 weeks.
