If you have not got your ticket for the Christmas night out get in touch with a coach ASAP. You can not buy tickets on the door and we need to know exact numbers by the end of today.
This week is the last week Olympic lifting and Mobility will be running this year!
Tuesday 19.15 – is Olympic lifting class, it costs £3 per head and anyone can attend.
Thursday 19.15 – is Mobility with Jonny Kilpatrick. This class lasts an hour and costs just £3 per head, it is open to everyone, you do not need to be a member.
Friday – we will have limited evening classes, classes will be at 16.15 and 17.15 only due to the Christmas night out.
Saturday – There will be no girls WOD.
