Workout of the Day

Split Jerk

Friday’s workout will be 14.4.  If you are sore from training this week then please take a rest day in order to be best prepared for Friday’s workout.  The gym will be closed all day Saturday and Sunday and will open for 14.4 from 6PM due to CFG hosting it’s first CrossFit Level 1 seminar.  We will also be available to judge on Monday.  Please make every effort to get 14.4 completed on Friday to ease the pressure on our coaches on Monday.

There is no mobility on tonight, a WOD will run instead at 19.15.
