End of paleo, CrossFit Games Open, Scottish Open and the beginning of some consistent programming!  Would just like to say well done to all who took part in the challenge, for those that stuck it out and saw it through, the results speak for themselves.  We will be working on your completion packs for the next few weeks so please be patient.  These will be done.

Tuesday- 8pm – Olympic Lifting with Ray and Haris.  Come in and learn from the best!

Wednesday – 7.15pm – Mobility has been cancelled for the next few weeks.

Thursday – 7pm – Conditioning for Parkour.  The coaches of Glasgow Parkour kindly offer this class for free to members and only a small fee to non-members of CrossFit Glasgow.  In this class you will be put through your paces, utilising basic parkour skills this class is designed to be high intensity whilst remaining all inclusive for people of all ages and skill levels.  If you haven’t tried this class give it a go, it will help your CrossFit development as it’s a chance to work on other attributes of fitness such as agility, co-ordination and balance as well as the usual strength and stamina!

Final thing, due to increasing numbers, especially in the evening classes, if you are in the gym during WOD time you must do the WOD.
