Tonight there is no 18.15 and 19.15 WODS.  Jaimie Horne will be teaching the members of CFG how to dance, this is the first social event of the year so if you were planning on coming along to train, drop it for one night and get involved.  It’s free and feel free to bring some food and drink to share with friends.  It will start at 18.30 and last a couple of hours.  You will be free to stop by/leave at any time and if you want to bring a friend, please do.  See you there!
