A. 3RM strict press

B. 3x 8 strict pull-ups or 5x 3 negative pull-ups

C. 3x 10 (per arm) single arm row

D. 3x 60s weighted plank

E. 3x 20 bradford press into 10x strict press 20/15.  Scale to a tech bar if necessary.

Saturday 11:15 is Crossfit Kids and Girls WOD

Saturday 12:30 we will have lululemon in to run a Yoga for Athletes class as well as merchandise.  This class is free to attend.

Sunday  Flexibility is on at 10:00.
