WOD 12.2

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

(We will figure out the weights in kg when you come in!)

There will be a lot of snatch coaching at the box this week.  However, make an effort in the future to get along to Jonny’s mobility classes and the Olympic Lifting classes.

Tuesday next week, at the 12.15 class, Jonny will be hosting a mobility class for all the lunchtime members, please let us know if you plan on attending as we need to get an estimate of numbers.  Note, this is not a regular class, it is a one-off so don’t miss out!
