Workout of the Day For Time: 400 Meter Run 21 KB Swings (32/24) 12 Pull Ups 400 Meter Run 15 KB Swings 9 C2B Pull Ups 400 Meter Run 9 KB Swings 6 Bar Muscle Ups Tonight there is a weightlifting on at 19:30 in place of the 19:15 WOD. This class is taught by Scottish record holder Colette and costs just £3, you do not need to be a member of CFG to attend. This class is also available at the same time on Thursday. Saturday is CrossFit Kids and Girls WOD at 11:15.
