CrossFit Glasgow will try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to membership options for our athletes, we offer an introductory first month rate to allow all new athletes to make full use of the services we provide.  After that the choice is yours as to the rate and commitment you wish to put into your training.

Health and fitness is about consistency and a willingness to learn, at CrossFit Glasgow we strive to make your hour at the gym the best hour of your day, we hope to educate as well as challenge you and will monitor your attendance to help you achieve all you can from your membership.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

This is a common misconception, there is no minimum standard to start at CrossFit.  Just contact us and we will show you!

Classes last an hour.  They will include a workout brief at the whiteboard, a general and specific warm-up, teaching and coached skill session as well as the workout.  Throughout the class a member of staff will be present to ensure you get the most out of your hour.

Loose fitting clothes, comfortable trainers, a desire to learn and determination to leave better than when you came in.  Leave your ego at the door.

There’s a few options.  There’s metered on street parking right outside the door as well as a number of all-day parking sites on Clyde Place as well as in town.  Or if you prefer public transport we are only 3-5mins walk from Bridge Street Underground and Central Station / Hope Street bus stop.

We currently have 2 showers with plans to add more.  Please bring your own towel.

We offer CrossFit Kids from the age 3 and up.
