Physio Effect operate out of CrossFit Glasgow’s premises delivering up to date “best practice” in physiotherapy through a hands-on treatment approach. Additional conditioning and rehabilitation in the form of home exercises, gym-based rehab routines and clinical pilates are implemented to progress our athletes toward a full and unrestricted recovery as well as facilitating increased range of motion and effective biomechanics.
Chris Grant and Omercan Cirit of Glasgow Parkour Coaching bring the art of parkour to the members of CFG. This class offers a framework for developing agility, balance and co-ordination in the context of a fun and constantly varied session with plenty of technical coaching points to facilitate progression.
Coached by Commonwealth Games competitor Raymond Cavanagh of Gladiator Weightlifting Club, this is a perfect class for those looking to refine their Olympic Lifting techniques and develop speed and power. CFG also hosts it’s own weightlifting club, the CrossFit Glasgow Spartans, if you are interested in joining and competing in any of Britain’s weightlifting competitions speak to one of the coaches!
