I have found myself in a truly unique position where I am able to share the wealth of knowledge that I have accumulated through meeting with and learning from some of the most informed and passionate minds in the world of physical performance. Being able to bring about meaningful change in our athletes is by far the most rewarding application of this experience.
I am currently finishing my Honours degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics in order to qualify as a Registered Dietitian and hope, through this, to bring an evidence-based approach to fuelling athletic performance with real food.
