Gavin was first introduced to CrossFit back in 2008 whilst training at a GloboGym in Glasgow. He has a degree in Psychology from the University of Glasgow, is a Level 1 CrossFit trainer and is currently studying Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Glasgow Caledonian University. He has an avid interest in nutrition and, in particular, in investigating the veracity of popular nutritional beliefs regarding sports nutrition.

Steph is a former Muay Thai fighter and has a lifelong passion for strength and conditioning. Steph formed part of CrossFit Glasgow’s A team at the 2012 Divided We Fall Games where she impressed as a strong individual female athlete. She finished 19th in Europe in the Individual Female category of the 2013 CrossFit Games Open and will compete at Regionals for a place in the 2013 CrossFit Games.

Craig is a CrossFit OG having attained his level 1 cert back in 2008 and cut his teeth under the tutelage of Mark Rippetoe, the then CrossFit Powerlifting Trainer. He was among the first CrossFitters in the UK and is responsible for making CrossFit Glasgow a reality. He is a regular fixture on the European CrossFit Football seminar staff.
