Information

This week weightlifting is only on Tuesday and Thursday evening at 19:30.  The Saturday session will be cancelled.

All of this weekend’s classes will be cancelled due to the seminars including CrossFit Kids, the Girls WOD, flexibility and weightlifting.

For all of those that signed up to the Open please remember to pick up your free tee shirt from the office.

Please note that CrossFit Glasgow will be closed in some upcoming weekends due to seminars.  Weekend 25th + 26th is the CrossFit Gymnastics seminar and the following weekend of the 2nd + 3rd of July we are closed due to the Level 1 seminar.  CFG will also be closed on the 5th of July for ITV’s Ninja Warrior auditions.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.  We have no further dates of seminars/gym closures for 2016.
