Checked out Crossfit North Manly last night, 5 mins from my house. Getting popular here in Sydney. I rocked up and the place is TINY probably one third the size of CGF! If three people were snatching at the same time… it would be crowded. Still, great people, great atmosphere. This is where i’ll be training for the next month.

WOD: 100 Kettlebell snatches 24/16. Every time the Kb is dropped = 3 pullups accumulated and performed after all the Kbs.
6:08 RX no pullups, but many re-chalks for sweaty hands (still holding Kb).

Miss you all, except Andy. Jas

    A. all rounds @ 70kg
    B. 185 + 175 = 360

    very tough WOD!

in B in both rounds at least 70+ wall balls (first 45 unbroken in about 90 seconds) and approx 70-80 double unders (with one 5-10 second rest half way), remaining points from box jumps.

    have fun PM athletes!
