WOD Wednesday 30th May ’12

It’s Snatch Wednesday!  Come in and get an idea where your Olympic Lifts are at.  Use this WOD to track progress or get a benchmark to start from, it is also a fantastic learning opportunity as we rarely focus on just the Olympic Lifts for the full hour.

Tonight is Jonny’s Mobility class at 19.15.  Open to members and non-members alike.

    I wanted to crush myself one last time.

    ‘Hope’

    3 rnds:

    Burpees
    Power snatch @ 35kg
    Box jumps 24″
    Thrusters @ 35kg
    C2B pull ups

    1 minute on each with 1 minute rest (FGB style)

    300 reps

    Doing it myself sucked and I probably rested more than I needed.

    Then….

    Squat snatch – 78kg (0.5kg PR) :)

    For not snatching anything in over 3 months i’ll definitely take it. Good getting a couple of PRs with Coach B even though it took us about 200 attempts :)
