Thrusters @ 35kg
C2B pull ups
1 minute on each with 1 minute rest (FGB style)
300 reps
Doing it myself sucked and I probably rested more than I needed.
Then….
Squat snatch – 78kg (0.5kg PR)
For not snatching anything in over 3 months i’ll definitely take it. Good getting a couple of PRs with Coach B even though it took us about 200 attempts
