Weekend is coming!  No speciality classes tonight at CrossFit Glasgow but be sure to get your name on the board for Team WOD and girls WOD this weekend!

WOD
A. Every min for 15mins do
1x Power Clean ~75% of 1RM
3x Front Squat
B. 5min AMRAP max double unders

    3 rnds:

    7 x 155kg deadlift
    7 x MUs

    3 rnds:

    21 wall balls (10kg)
    21 toes to bar

    100′ farmers walk (45kg each hand)
    28 burpee box jumps (24″)
    100′ farmers walk again
    3 MUs

    19:54. The rig in britannia crossfit isn’t high enough so I was banging my head off the top and couldn’t fully swing with a true grip MU which was a bit frustrating
